Justice Sector Training, Research and
Coordination Program

The Justice Sector Training, Research, and Coordination Program (JUSTRAC) is implemented by the
Rule of Law Collaborative at the University of South Carolina (ROLC) and the American Bar Association Rule
of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI), with funding through a cooperative agreement with the Bureau of International
Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, U.S. Department of State. JUSTRAC is a key resource for rule of law
practitioners engaged in justice sector programming. Under JUSTRAC, ROLC and ABA ROLI will continue to
offer a variety of activities and resources for a practitioner audience.
