The Rule of Law Collaborative released the Final Report from the October 1-2 JUSTRAC symposium, “Enduring Prosperity and the Rule of Law for the Northern Triangle.” The report examines such issues as gang violence, the status of women, governance, corruption, and emigration in the Northern Triangle countries of Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador, and offers policy recommendations based on the symposium proceedings.
